Our garments are printed to order in the UK using high-quality direct-to-garment (DTG) printing.

We only make products when they're ordered. This helps reduce waste and means we don't hold large amounts of unsold stock.

We use premium garments from trusted suppliers, selected for their comfort, durability and responsible manufacturing standards.

Wash inside out at 30°C and avoid tumble drying where possible. This helps keep your print looking its best for longer.

No. Our designs are printed using DTG printing, where the ink is applied directly into the fabric rather. With proper care, prints should remain soft and durable.

For Re-Chaos we use the highest quality DTF transfers. DTF printing provides exceptional durability, especially compared to traditional methods. Thanks to the high-quality inks and adhesives we use, DTF printed designs resist fading, cracking, and peeling. With proper care, your custom-printed garments will stay vibrant for years.

As all items are made to order, returns for change of mind may not be possible once production has begun. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via our Contact Page and include photographs of the issue where possible. This helps us investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

Please check the Sizing page before ordering. Children’s sizing is by age. If you're between sizes, we generally find that the unisex and boxy t’s come up large.

Yes. All Pattern & Chaos artwork is designed in-house and created in our signature style, inspired by the beautiful collision of nature, colour and curiosity.

We're always happy to hear new ideas. Feel free to get in touch and we'll let you know if a custom commission is possible.

We currently focus on UK orders, but international shipping may be available on selected products in the future.

Colours can vary slightly between screens and printed products. As every item is printed individually, small variations are part of the charm of made-to-order production.

At the Re-Chaos check out you will be asked to fill in details about your garments and what you’d like us to jazz them up with. Just get in touch via email, via our Contact form or Instagram if you have more questions or would like to see your work in progress. Re-Chaos doesn’t work to the same time frames as our print-to-order work, we may have to design something bespoke or order in particular sized transfers. We will send confirmation of postage when returning your items. Unfortunately we are a small business, doing our best to keep costs low and we cannot afford to replace your unloved items if they return back to you not as you had expected - we will of course do our very best to ensure this isn’t the case!
